No Parties: This property is designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. As the middle floor is often rented to other tenants, Parties are only allowed through prior approval by the management company. We kindly ask guests to respect the space and refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings unless booking for this specific reason! Doing so could result in an immediate guest check out, with no refund. The guests will have private access to the Rooftop if they decide to book, through a private elevator located within the bottom villa.
